Questions, answered
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. No credit card, no time limit. Upgrade only if you hit a limit or want alerts.
Is there a free trial of Plus?
Not right now — you’re charged when you upgrade. The Free plan lets you try Homeboard for as long as you like first, and you can cancel Plus any time from Settings.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, from Settings → Subscription → Manage billing. Yearly works out to $6.58/month — about 34% less than paying monthly.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free. Nothing is deleted — your home and records stay put.
Does Plus cover my whole household?
Yes. Invite the people you live with to your home at no extra cost.
