Do I need to be tech-savvy?+
No. If you can take a photo and tap a button, you can run Homeboard. The hardest setup is typing your address.
Is my home data private?+
Yes. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We don't sell it, train public models on it, or share it with contractors without your permission.
What does Homeboard cost?+
There's a free tier with 1 home and basic scanning. Pro is $19/month for unlimited scans, Ask, and warranty tracking. See the pricing page for details.
Where does the AI come from?+
Homeboard runs on OpenAI models. Diagnostics and chat are grounded in your home's actual inventory — not generic web search.
Which appliance brands work?+
Most major brands across HVAC, kitchen, laundry, and water systems. If a scan can't identify something, you can add it manually in 20 seconds.
Can I use Homeboard for more than one property?+
Yes — Pro supports unlimited homes. Family offices and property managers should look at Teams.
